摘要
首次设计并制造了用于L波段(3-4微米)工作的集成光学、天文、两光束和三光束干涉组合器。这些器件在钛扩散x切铌酸锂基底上实现,并演示了片上电光条纹扫描。使用与片上Y型分束器集成的两光束组合器,在实验室中产生了白光条纹。
