摘要
提出了一种新的三维原子探针（3DAP）重建方法，该方法考虑了第二相的蒸发场。它应用现有的簇选择软件来识别第二相的原子，随后通过迭代算法在横向上均匀化体积。该过程易于在现有重建软件上实现，并已成功应用于模拟和真实的3DAP分析。
