IM/DD系统中分层ACO-FOFDM的改进分集合并接收机

摘要

本文提出了一种基于分集合并的改进接收机,以改善强度调制/直接检测(IM/DD)光传输系统中分层非对称限幅光快速正交频分复用(ACO-FOFDM)的误码率(BER)性能。分层ACO-FOFDM可以弥补传统ACO-FOFDM频谱效率低的弱点,在FOFDM系统中使用离散余弦变换代替OFDM系统中的快速傅里叶变换,可以在不影响BER性能的情况下降低计算复杂度。在相同频谱效率下,比较了采用基于分集合并的改进接收机的分层ACO-FOFDM系统与采用最优直流偏置的直流偏置FOFDM(DCO-FOFDM)系统的BER性能。仿真结果表明,在不同光比特能量与噪声功率比下,当频谱效率分别为1 bit/s/Hz、2 bits/s/Hz和3 bits/s/Hz时,采用改进接收机的分层ACO-FOFDM系统在前向纠错极限处相比DCO-FOFDM系统分别具有2.86dB、5.26dB和5.72dB的BER性能优势。采用基于分集合并的改进接收机的分层ACO-FOFDM系统适用于具有零直流偏置的自适应IM/DD系统。
