一种基于移动Android应用与IEEE 802.11网络的工业空气除湿器监控嵌入式系统

摘要
技术的持续演进使得工业流程取得显著进步与改善,尤其在要求更高控制与环境空气效率的领域。由此,嵌入式系统得以开发旨在解决或提出工业环境方案的产品与服务。本文提出一种采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与Arduino的工业空气除湿器嵌入式系统,其可通过Android操作系统(OS)移动应用,在IEEE 802.11无线网络上借助可靠数据通信实现远程故障监控。作为成果,本文给出了该嵌入式系统测试台的样机,其中检测了除湿器的温度传感器主要参数与运行状况。
