摘要
悬浮粒子的干涉式位置检测对于悬浮粒子的质心 (CM) 运动冷却与操控至关重要。结合平衡检测与反馈冷却，该系统已实现了皮米级位置灵敏度、仄牛顿级力检测以及亚毫开尔文级质心温度。在本文中，我们建立了该检测系统的解析模型，并将其性能与实验结果进行了比较，从而解释了频谱中伪频率的存在。
