摘要
阶跃折射率单模光纤（SMF）的非线性系数与该光纤的有效面积成反比。利用SMF杂化HE11模的精确电磁场表达式，首次推导出了其有效面积的解析表达式。该有效面积用广义超几何函数表示。在弱导光纤近似下还推导出一个更简单的表达式，并发现其与既有理论一致。
