d波超导性的另一途径:电荷通道

摘要

我们证明了dx2y2d_{x^2-y^2}超导配对与高TcT_c超导体CuO2CuO_2面内的屏蔽库仑相互作用Veff(q,ω)V_{eff}({\bf q},\omega)自然相关。这种配对不稳定性(通过介电常数)源于Veff(q,ω)V_{eff}({\bf q},\omega )q=(π,π){\bf q}=(\pi,\pi)处的波矢结构,这与二维Van Hove和局域场效应有关。我们的结果与能带结构无关,表明直接库仑相互作用(与自旋通道相比)是显著的,并且至少会增强任何其他潜在的dx2y2d_{x^2-y^2}波配对机制。
