摘要
本文提出了一种利用旋转源和反射器产生切伦科夫辐射的替代方法。其原理是，如果将一束窄光束聚焦到以一定角速度旋转的光源上，则表面上的光点将以非常高的速度移动，该速度可能超过光速。因此，我们将观察到与切伦科夫辐射非常相似的现象。
