摘要
本文介绍了一种基于低空平台（Low Altitude Platforms）和便携式地面单元的快速部署无线网络，旨在支持救灾活动并在临时大型活动期间扩展容量。该系统集成了 LTE、WLAN 和 TETRA 等多种无线电技术，以在部署地点提供异构通信。认知无线电被用于自主网络配置。传感器网络在救灾活动期间实时监测环境，并提供分布式频谱感知能力。最后，通过 S 波段卫星链路支持远程通信。
