摘要
CDF和D0实验探索高能前沿,在此过程中已积累了数百TB的数据,并将在未来两年内达到PB级数据量。这两个实验已承诺使用基于SAM系统开发的网格来处理这些数据。随着满足这两个实验相似需求的通用设计模式的出现,D0的SAM已被扩展用于CDF。本文解释了实现这一合并的过程,特别强调了在数据库设计模式以及用例实现方面所获得的经验教训。
