摘要
我们展示了呈现高品质因子(high-Q)共振的全介质超表面的主动调谐。主动控制通过将非对称硅元原子嵌入液晶中提供，这使得相对折射率可通过加热来控制。研究发现，高品质因子共振()可被调谐超过三个共振线宽。我们的结果证明了使用全介质超表面构建可调窄带滤波器的可行性。
