我们引入了超导量子阵列(SQA),并提议将这些结构用作有源电小天线(ESA)。使用临界电流密度为4.5 kA/cm²的Nb工艺制造了几个有源ESA原型,并进行了实验评估。测量了磁场到电压传递函数的线性度高达70 dB,对于包含560个单元的ESA原型,观察到了高达6.5 mV/μT的传递因子dV/dB。
