摘要
相干光束合成是克服单台激光器功率极限的一种有前景的方法。在本文中,我们使用多平面光转换器在 1.03 微米波长下结合锁相装置合成 12 根光纤。总体损耗测量表明,在基阶厄米-高斯模式中的合成效率高达 70%。该装置可产生基阶及高阶厄米-高斯模式,并具有光束转向能力。
