摘要
量子信息科学与技术(QIST)是一项具有巨大世界影响力潜力的关键新兴技术,目前已有超过 40 个国家对其进行投资。为了使这些大规模投资取得成果,并将大学基础研究较低的技术成熟度(TRL)跨越到实现工业界和公众可及的实用量子优势所需的高 TRL,我们提出了一份量子技术示范项目(QTDP)路线图。此类 QTDP 专注于中等 TRL,是大规模的公私合作伙伴关系,具有从实验室走向实践的高转化概率。它们所创造的技术为用户驱动的科学突破展示了明确的“量子优势”,并将为广泛而多样化的科学用户群体提供访问途径。成功实施 QTDP 计划将产生巨大的积极经济影响。
