摘要
首先研究了在单图案薄膜中引入受控扰动对其吸收的影响，然后基于能带折叠考虑进行了分析。最后，通过引入适当的伪无序扰动，克服了优化单图案薄膜的集成吸收，从而证明了该方法在光伏应用中的价值。
