基于对混合 PG 1159 星 Abell 43 进行的 24 小时高速光度测量，我们探测到了 6 个显著的脉动，其周期介于 2380 秒至 6075 秒之间。对几乎为光谱双星的 NGC 7094 中心星进行的短时（4 小时）观测，探测到了 3 个低振幅脉动，其周期介于 2000 秒至 5000 秒之间。这些结果与由碳和氧的部分电离引起的机制驱动的 g 模脉动预测值接近。
