双π介子聚变生成$^3$He 过程中的 ABC 效应与共振结构

摘要

在所谓的 ABC 效应能区(即在ππ\pi\pi不变质量谱中显著的低质量增强现象),对双π介子聚变生成3^3He 的过程进行了独占且运动学完备的测量。实验在 COSY 加速器上利用 WASA 探测器装置完成。与在基本反应pndπ0π0pn \to d \pi^0\pi^0以及dd4dd \to ^4Heπ0π0\pi^0\pi^0反应中的观测结果类似,数据揭示了 ABC 效应与总截面中类共振能量依赖性之间的关联。微分截面可以通过以下假设得到很好的描述:除了传统的tt通道ΔΔ\Delta\Delta机制外,反应过程中还形成了dd^*共振。所推导出的dd^*共振宽度可以通过初态和末态原子核内核子的费米运动引起的碰撞展宽来理解。
