4U 1820-30的瞬态高相干性振荡

我们重新分析了罗西X射线计时器探测器档案中对atoll源4U 1820-30的两个观测，以探讨当Wijnands等人（1999年，ApJ，512，L39）检测到约7 Hz QPO时的源的详细时频特性。我们发现在两个观测中，除了之前报道的持续数分钟的QPO信号外，还存在一种寿命仅为数秒的更窄瞬态振荡。在此时间段内，振荡的相干性与之一致。其集成的相对rms约为10%，频率在两个观测中分别为7.3 Hz和5.7 Hz。我们讨论了这种QPO与已知的其他振荡之间的可能关联，重点关注其与中子星和黑洞系统中观察到的窄5-7 Hz振荡之间的相似性，这些振荡在黑洞候选者的高 fluxes 时被观察到。
