摘要
国家间最后的技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)是非关税壁垒(NTBs)，意味着除关税壁垒外所有可能的贸易壁垒。最典型的例子是(TBT)，指技术法规、标准、合格评定程序、测试与认证等措施。因此，为消除 TBT，WTO 已使所有成员国自动加入 TBT 协议。
