LHC 上 VBS 与双玻色子 WW 对维度六 EFT 算符的灵敏度研究

我们呈现了大型强子对撞机上电弱产生矢量玻色子对的部分子层次研究,确立了对标准模型有效场论(SMEFT)中一组维度六算符的灵敏度。不同末态被统计组合,并我们讨论必须如何考虑不同分析间的正交性与相互依赖以获得最严格约束。我们研究的主要新颖之处在于将 SMEFT 效应纳入非共振图与不可约 QCD 背景,以及对所考虑各算符与过程的最优观测量进行详尽模板分析。我们还首次评估了半轻子末态中矢量玻色子散射搜寻的灵敏度。
