寻找衰变模式 B+/- to h+/- tau l

摘要
我们利用对应于 4.72 亿个 BBbar 对的 BaBar 数据样本， searched for 轻子味破坏衰变模式 B+/- to h+/- tau l (h= K,pi; l= e,mu)。该搜索使用了其中一个 B 介子在几种强子末态之一中被完全重建的事例。利用重建的 B、h 和 l 候选者的动量，我们能够完全确定 tau 的四动量。由此得到的 tau 候选者质量是我们对抗组合背景的主要判别量。我们未观察到 B+/- to h+/- tau l 衰变的证据，并将每个分支比的 90% 置信水平上限设定在几乘以 10^-5 的量级。
