狗熊日食实验是对爱因斯坦广义相对力论的首次直接实验测试，该实验发生在100年前的1919年5月29日。由于这一实验极为著名，而爱因斯坦本人也受到巨大影响，历史往往不承认当时围绕实验结果的争议。在本文中，我在科学与历史背景下讨论该实验，并解释它为何是现代物理学发展中的重要时刻。
