0.1 磁重联速率问题综述

摘要
磁重联中一个长期存在的问题是解释为何其倾向于以 0.1 或低于 0.1 的归一化速率进行。本文对该速率的观测和数值证据进行了综述，并讨论了解决该问题的近期理论研究。同时总结了一些尚未解决的开放性问题。
