摘要
柔性电子设备具有诸多优势特性、柔软性和更好的生物相容性,发展迅速并日益受到关注。当前柔性器件的应用多为传感器和驱动器,而由于柔性器件电子迁移率较低、结构简单且工艺偏差大,几乎未用于复杂计算。本文提出一种创新方法,使柔性器件能够实现实时且节能的高斯差分(Difference-of-Gaussian),这展示了它们在未来产品中实现复杂实时计算的可行性与潜力。
