摘要
本文提出一种基于通过标记前导码捕获的多个定时提前量值的前导码冲突解决（PACR）方案。在所提出的 PACR 方案中，标记被嵌入随机接入前导码中，并且在标记检测过程中为单个检测到的前导码捕获多个定时提前量值。所提出的 PACR 方案显著提高了静止机器节点的随机接入成功概率，因为使用冲突前导码的节点可以利用独占的数据资源块成功完成相应的随机接入。
