摘要
用于引导细胞生长的基底工程是现代生物技术中广泛且成熟的研究领域。此处我们引入一种微加工技术以图案化与光活性聚合物共混的惰性透明聚合物基质。我们证明所得支架兼具排列与光刺激活细胞的能力。该技术可开启崭新且有前景的应用，尤其在需要细胞排列以触发特定生物功能之处，例如跟随外部刺激产生强劲而高效的肌肉收缩。
