摘要

本文介绍了一种新型自动计算机控制机械手的最新进展,该机械手用于在显微镜载物台(也称为平台)上放置和移除乳胶膜。该机械手专为OPERA中微子振荡实验中乳胶膜的大规模扫描而设计,换片时间短于30秒,乳胶膜定位精度可达20微米均方根。
