摘要
我们展示了用于电致发光探测器读出的雪崩光电二极管 (APD) 阵列的运行结果。该探测器包含 24 个 APD，它们之间的间距为 15 mm，可同时进行能量和位置测量。在氙气（3.8 bar）和氩气（4.8 bar）中进行的测量显示出良好的能量分辨率，在氙气中 60 keV 下的半高全宽 (FWHM) 为 5.3%，在氩气中为 9.4%。根据 Monte Carlo 研究，通过减小传感器之间的间距，性能可以得到显著改善。
