摘要
我们present了来自NRAO VLA Sky Survey的84个大角度尺寸射电星系新样本。选取总功率密度大于100 mJy（1.4 GHz）且角度尺寸大于4 arcmin的射电源，观测 declination超过+60度的源。我们在1.4 GHz和4.9 GHz进行射电观测，以确认大角度尺寸源并隔离核心辐射以进行光学鉴定。本文为三篇系列论文的第一篇，呈现79个样本源的射电图，并讨论了最终样本中选择准则的影响。其中37个射电星系属于巨型星系类，其中22个在本文中首次报告。
