一种新型高红移Lyman alpha 释放体:可能的超级风 galaxy于z=5.69

摘要

在我们为红移约5.7范围内Lyman alpha释放体进行的深层光学成像调查中,我们发现了一个强发射线源候选对象。在后续光学光谱学中,该对象的发射线轮廓呈不对称形状,显示出额外的红尾发射。这一特性与在红移z=5.687 +/- 0.002处识别Lyman alpha发射的可能性一致。观察到的宽线宽度Delta V_{FWHM} ~= 340 km s^{-1}以及额外的红尾发射也表明该对象可能拥有一个银河超级风。
