新激变变星 RX J0757.0+6306：最短周期中等极候选体

摘要
一颗新的激变变星被证认为 ROSAT 全天巡天期间发现的暗弱硬 X 射线源 RX J0757.0+6306 的光学对应体。强的双峰发射线通过一个周期为 81 +/- 5 分钟的 S 波提供了吸积盘的证据。我们将此周期确定为双星系统的轨道周期。CCD 测光揭示了一个额外的 8.52 +/- 0.15 分钟的周期，该周期在四个夜晚保持稳定。我们认为 RX J0757.0+6306 可能是一颗中等极，但不能排除它是 SU UMa 型矮新星的可能性。
