星系 NGC 7673 的多波段研究

HST/WFPC2 图像将 NGC 7673 解析为大量星团。其中 31 个星团位于 IUE 大孔径内，用于获取该星系的集成紫外光谱。我们对这些星团的观测颜色拟合 Starburst99 进化合成模型，推导出星团的年龄、衰减和质量。随后将这些星团的合成紫外光谱与观测到的 IUE 光谱相比较，以探讨 NGC 7673 的星形成历史。
