我们给出了基于电容耦合到纳米机械谐振器的共面微波腔的测量方案的量子主方程描述。该系统表现出丰富的分岔结构，类似于非线性光学中的次谐波/二次谐波产生。我们展示了如何将其配置为用于弱力检测的分岔放大器换能器。
