摘要

本研究旨在开发一种方法，使公司能够优先考虑对其绩效贡献最大的手段。所提出的方法基于利润率（公司经济绩效的衡量指标）、客户风险、维护成本和员工安全。该资源优先级排序方法应用于从一家小型机械分包企业获得的数据。该方法的理论基础基于多准则方法，使用与财务损失相关的九个标准的临界指数分配。
