摘要
本文提出一种利用一阶事件平面确定逐事件椭圆流涨落的新方法。通过研究观测量与一阶事件平面观测量的逐事件分布，可分别确定平均流与逐事件流涨落，并对有限多重数与非流效应作出适当修正。该方法已通过蒙特卡洛模拟进行检验。文中讨论了流涨落与初态参加者偏心率涨落之间的联系。
