摘要
ANTARES 的主要目标是利用探测器及其周围物质中带电电流 μ 子中微子相互作用产生的上行 μ 子进行中微子天文学研究。下行 μ 子是中微子搜索的本底,这些 μ 子是远在探测器上方地球大气层中宇宙线碰撞的衰变产物。本文提出了一种利用 ANTARES 探测器识别并计数沿大气 μ 子径迹诱发的电磁簇射的方法。该方法已应用于宇宙线 μ 子数据和模拟,并证明了其适用于 μ 子事件能量的重建。
