摘要
近年来，量化研究人员科学产出的测度不断涌现。然而，这些测度侧重于生产率，从而助长了“不出版即出局”的范式。本文提出了一种旨在量化研究影响力而淡化生产率的测度，从而为科学家提供一种可能更公平的、对其工作的替代性评价。重点被放在科学家本身，而非可以无界增长的量上。该测度最初针对手稿定义，随后被推广至研究人员和机构。
