摘要
我们提出了一种新颖的自然进化策略（NES）变体，即秩一自然进化策略（R1-NES），它使用搜索分布协方差矩阵的低秩近似。该算法能够以参数空间维度的线性成本计算自然梯度，并在解决高维非可分问题方面表现出色，包括在Rosenbrock函数（512维）上取得迄今最佳结果。
