铜酸锌梯形的光激发电荷序模式

摘要
我们报告了在光激发的铜酸锌梯形 SrCuO 中观察到的涌现电荷序模式。近红外光沿梯形平面驱动一种受称号保护的电子亚稳态,同时导致平衡电荷序的部分熔化。我们的时分辨共挥非弹性 X 射线散射测量在上 Hubbard 带中揭示了一个无能隙的集体激发态,沿电荷序波矢传播至 0.8 eV,斜率约为准粒子速度。这一发现揭示了相关载荷在有限动量下获得类迁移性质的条件,电荷序变为动态波动,为探索光激发偶极不稳定性提供了平台。
