摘要
本文提出了一种尺寸微型且性能相对优异的微机械带通滤波器。制作并测试了一种基于硅的八阶微带带通滤波器。描述了一种能够产生两个传输零点的新型交指滤波器设计方法。传输零点的位置可以在阻带内任意移动。通过适当调整零点位置，该滤波器相比传统微带交指滤波器提供了更好的裙边抑制和更低的插入损耗。为减小芯片尺寸，采用了硅通孔（through-silicon-substrate-via-hole）技术。获得了良好的实验结果。
