摘要
我们展示了一种用于红外单光子脉冲位置相机的可扩展读出方案，该相机由 WSi 超导纳米线单光子探测器 (SNSPDs) 组成。对于 N x N 阵列，仅需 2 x N 根导线即可获得探测事件的位置。作为原理验证，我们展示了 2 x 2 阵列的结果。
