自发现以来,亚毫米波选星系(SMGs)已经革新了星系形成与演化领域。在亚毫米波长绘制的数百平方度中,仅有少数源被确认位于z>5,且仅有两例在z>6。所有这些SMGs都是恒星形成率(SFRs)>1000 M_sun/yr的极端星暴星系的罕见例子,因此不代表尘埃恒星形成星系的一般总体。因此,我们在最早时期对这些源本质的理解仍不完整。在此我们报告一个在z=6.027处受引力放大的(μ = 9.3 ± 1.0)尘埃恒星形成星系的光谱证认。在修正引力透镜后,我们推导出该源固有的较不极端的SFR为380 ± 50 M_sun/yr,并发现其气体和尘埃性质与本地极亮红外星系(ULIRGs)测量的相似,将本地趋势扩展到早期宇宙中探索匮乏的疆域。该星系的恒星形成效率与其本地类似物中测量的相似,尽管宇宙时间相差约12 Gyr。
