摘要
本文提出了一种设计工具，用于研究一类特殊的环境辅助生活系统，即居民相互促进彼此福祉的互助社区的属性与涌现行为。我们系统的目的是理解互助社区如何运作，设计决策最终可能带来什么后果，以及如何构建为老年人和残疾人提供及时且具有成本效益的护理服务的社区。我们证明，居民之间的互助可以及时提供护理，并降低对专业医疗服务的需求。仿真结果表明，在现有规则下，大部分求助需求可以在其成员求助于外部专业人士之前，在社区内部得到解决或迅速启动。
