摘要

由于人为错误以及类别间固有的模糊性，类标签常常被不完美地观测到。我们提出了一种显式建模噪声标签的新型半监督深度生成模型，称为误标 VAE（M-VAE）。M-VAE 的性能优于现有未考虑标签噪声的深度生成模型。此外，M-VAE 的推导为流行的 M1+M2 半监督模型提供了新的理论见解。
