摘要
已收集的分子旋轉過渡的分子線數據現已對公眾開放。這些數據包括能級、統計權重、Einstein A 係數以及碰撞速率係數，對非 LTE 分子輻射傳輸程序至關重要。一個用於執行統計平衡計算的計算機程序也對公眾開放。該數據庫應是分析當前及未來紅外線和（次）毫米望遠鏡觀測的重要工具。
