ROSAT NEP 调查中的星团缺失

我们利用来自 ROSAT All-Sky Survey 最深层区域的数据——北赤道楔带 (NEP) 区域——制作了一组完整且无偏的 X 射线选取的遥远星团样本，以了解星团演化的本质并确定对大尺度结构模型的影响。在本稿中，报告了与假设无演化模型预测的星团数目进行比较的结果。相对于当前观测，高亮度、高红移星团的数量不足一个因数 2.5-4。这一演化趋势与原始 EMSS 结果一致，并与 Vikhlini 等 1998 年对 CfA-IfA 160 平方度调查的结果一致。
