CHEOPS增强视角下的HD3167系统观测

摘要

对于小于海王星尺寸的系外行星,其本质仍有许多未解之谜,这类行星大多发现于致密多行星系统中。HD 3167多行星系统具有特殊架构:其内侧超短周期行星b与恒星对齐,而外侧较大的行星d与c处于极轨道,这为研究动力学与大气演化过程提供了可能。为此,我们联合了凌星测光与视向速度(RV)的多组数据集,以修正系统性质并为行星模型提供约束。该工作以CHEOPS对HD 3167b的观测为主导,尽管其遭受极端辐照,观测却似乎与纯岩石成分不符。总体上,行星轨道周期的精度提高了一个数量级,且凌星行星b和c的密度不确定性降低了3倍。内部结构及大气模拟刻画了HD 3167d与HD 3167c的鲜明对比:前者可能是经光致蒸发失去大气的岩石超级地球,后者则是保留大量原初气态包层的迷你海王星。我们探测到第四颗质量更大、轨道更外的行星,可能与HD 3167d-c共面。动力学模拟表明,外行星系统d-c-e在系统历史早期整体发生倾斜,而彼时HD 3167b仍受恒星主导并维持其对齐轨道。RV数据与直接成像排除了导致当前架构的伴星仍束缚于HD\,3167系统的可能。对多行星系统的类似全局研究将揭示多少系统具有HD3167系统的特殊性质,其仍是后续观测与模拟的优选目标。
