摘要

我们报告了当外加磁场方向与导电层平行时，各向异性有机超导体 $\alpha$ -(ET) $_2$ NH $_4$ (SCN) $_4$ 几乎完美的Pauli受限临界场相图。通过渗透深度测量得到了临界场 ( ${H_{c_2}$ )。由于 ${H_{c_2}$ 受Pauli限制，可计算出超导能隙的大小。旋-轨道散射和many-body效应在解释我们的测量结果方面发挥作用。
