蜂巢星团中的一颗褐矮星候选体

摘要
我们展示了RPr1的光学和红外观测结果，RPr1是在覆盖蜂巢星团800平方角分区域的深度CCD巡天中发现的一颗暗弱(I = 21.01)且极红(I - K = 4.57)的天体。低分辨率光谱显示RPr1是一颗非常晚型的天体，是蜂巢星团中迄今获得光谱的最晚型天体。我们的估算给出其质量在0.063至0.084太阳质量之间，表明RPr1可能成为该星团中的第一颗褐矮星。
