摘要
本研究旨在探讨一种将批量分组为批次并在 Acta-Mobilier 切割工作中心调度这些批次的方法，同时考虑众多约束和目标。提出了一种特定的批处理方法以处理 Acta-Mobilier 问题，并给出了数学形式化描述和遗传算法来解决调度问题。所提出的算法已嵌入软件中，以优化生产成本并强化生产线上的可视化管理。该应用目前已在 Acta-Mobilier 工厂中使用，并显示出显著成效。
